With prior expertise in business operations improvement, Callen joined the JuncuLegal team in early 2021 to expand our transactional services and provide more efficient day-to-day support to our business clients. In his daily practice, Callen focuses heavily on contract review & drafting of agreements, regulatory research, and guiding companies to become (and remain) more compliant.

He is attentive not only to the legal issues that plague small businesses, but also how they directly affect the operation of your company. This attention to detail is critical in every type of business deal, from your next executive employment agreement, to your terms and conditions of service, to the sale or purchase of your next business.

Prior to joining the legal industry, Callen served as a business and finance consultant, supporting senior leadership through vendor negotiations, project management, and risk analysis. 

A native to Richmond, VA, Callen holds a Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law; an MBA from William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business concentrated on Finance and Healthcare; and a Bachelor’s in Economics. During college, Callen played Division I football on the offensive line.

Similar to his team members, Callen shares a passion for the small business community. He enjoys staying physically active and healthy outside of work, and taking the family dogs on outdoor hikes. Callen lives and works in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
